- Usage Guidelines
- Apply at temperatures above 50F
- Allow 5 minutes for assembly after application (70F/50% RH)
- Total assembly time: 15 minutes (70F/50% RH)
- Spread approximately 6 mils or cover 250 sq ft per gallon
- Clamp joints tightly together (100-150 psi for softwoods, 125-175 psi for medium woods, 175-250 psi for hardwoods)
- Apply using plastic bottles for fine work; use roller spreader or brush for larger areas
- Clean up with damp cloth while wet; scrape off and sand dried excess
- Bond Strength (ASTM D-905 on Hard Maple)
- Room Temperature: 3,600 psi, 77% wood failure
- 150 Overnight: 1,600 psi, 10% wood failure
